Paraguay, a beautiful, friendly and subtropical warmly
country, with a middle yearly temperature of 21 to 23 degrees Celsius, is
famous through his sweet harp-music, and the Iguaçu-Falls, belongs to the
biggest of the world. The capital of Paraguay is Asuncion, a modern green

animal-lover.
The country is divided by the Paraguay-river into two
geographic and climatic areas. Once East-Paraguay, a fertile area with
censuses until 950 m and to the second the flat and dry "Chaco Boreal
"with its typical succulent briar savanna, that extends from the
Paraguay-river up to the Bolivian border.
The Paraguayan economy
leans among others on the nature. Together with cattle-farming and
agriculture, wood and water plays an important role.
The
hydroelectric power station of Itaipú is the biggest on earth.
Agricultural export-products are meat, soya, cotton, sugarcane, rice,
grain, tobacco, sesame, peanuts.
